Need procedure to setup mysql for Gnucash in window

No it is not necessary to create the database first, GC will create it.

Have you checked with phpmyadmin or the mysql command line, for
example,  that you can connect with user and password narayana and
that the user has permissions to create a db?  Try to create a db
using the command line or phpmyadmin when logged on as that user and
pwd
