Accounts receivable in other currencies?

I was running "Reports/Business/Receivable Ageing" and I didn't get
prompted for any options.

Having fixed the correct A/R how do I set the invoice as "paid" as I
went and emailed someone two days ago moaning they hadn't paid when they
had!!!
