reproducible crash

I have a reproducible crash that produces the following on the shell

it happens when I try and close a "view invoice" tab. 

My question is, does this look like a bug and where do I report it if it 
does...

and as a workaround, how do I open the program without the last tabs showing? 
Otherwise I will end up with nothing but view invoice tabs
