employee bookkeeping -- transaction report

I made the complicated kind of transaction for paying an employee with tax liablities handled.

Is there any way already done to report the details of that one check transaction with 7 or so lines of splits?

If not, is there any custom report example like it anyone can point me to?

A report that has the splits all listed is what I want, so I can show the deducted amounts to my employee.
