gnc-register protocol?

So do I, which is actually what led to this whole thing. The accountant
wanted to know why he was getting an error when he clicked on the links.
At first I thought it was because he was using Windows. So I was surprised
when I discovered that they gave an error under Linux too. Which led to my
original question.
