Currency in invoices

Also note that existing invoices cache the currency.  To reset the
invoice currency you need to re-select the customer.   To do that:

1) Open the Invoice
2) Click on the "Edit" button in the toolbar
3) When the dialog pops up, click on the customer "select" button
4) Go through the search dialog and re-select the customer
5) Click "OK"
