cash: avoid "double count"

Well I just started to use it (for a month). I am aware of course that I
can create accounts and subaccounts

That is the issue: in order to create the appropriate (petty cash)
account I need to know which type it should be and "where" I have to
place it asset/liability  account/subaccount etc
