Unable to push chart

Hi all, i'm a beginner in GnuCash and i've some problems with charts.

 

I set my account, entered Incomes/Expenses ect.

Now I'd like to display them in a chart but when I select all parameter,
GnuCash give me just a message: "Unable to push bar chart" or "Unable to
push pie chart".

I try all kind of chart and I'm quite sure that I selected right kind of
accounts (and their subaccounts).

 

I'm using GnuCash 2.2.8 in Windows XP Pro.

 

How can I solve my problem?
