I once had it working, but then it broke inexplicably. I looked at the
debug messages, and it looked like Amex just wasn't responding to
GnuCash's requests. I guess the settings required for Amex changed,
but I've no idea how we can get the new details. So, until then, we're
SOL.

If you have other online banks working, your problem is probably the
same as mine. If you're unable to get it working with any bank, then
it might be a problem with your installation and configuration.
