If you are able to get downloads from other institutions to work, it could be something different but I believe that there is an issue somewhere in the way the installer works with Vista. I have posted twice about the issue and it may be an issue with QT rather than GnuCash, but I have not seen any ideas on how to resolve the issue.

If you find a solution, please respond to the list. I would love to use the online banking features of GnuCash.
