Downloading Gnucash

As a reasonable literate PC user but not open source software user I have
hit a brick wall as I am not sure of what version of Gnucash to download. I
run Vista and so assume I go to: 

 

http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=192

 

Then there are 3 options and I assume I choose the latest (version 2.2.8):

<http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=192&package_id=202>
&package_id=202

 

Then there are 5 versions - which one do I choose? I assume:

 

http://downloads.sourceforge.net/gnucash/gnucash-2.2.8-setup.exe?modtime=122
9778201
<http://downloads.sourceforge.net/gnucash/gnucash-2.2.8-setup.exe?modtime=12
29778201&big_mirror=1> &big_mirror=1
