AP Bills Not Marked "Paid"

All payment transactions will only have one split into AP.  Then it
will create another transaction to "move" money from one lot to another
iteratively until it runs out of money to balance out.

Can you show a screen shot of the AP account from around Jan 07?

You must have the balancing transactions in there, and they much be
wrong.
