Gentlemen,

 

First and foremost I thank you for your excellent back up and timely
support.

 

My hours spent attempting to set up an "elementary" personal file and
expense account program was unsuccessful. 

 

And while I blame myself, I believe that your information was a bit too
technical for me. While I have been using my computer and programs such as
MS Excel for years, and my background entails at least thirty-five years in
developing three businesses including marketing, sales and financial budgets
etc., I found your "Putting It All Together" useful, but not easily
understood by a novice like me

 

Would your programs be more marketable if they were written by non-technical
people? They might be...
