Report printing problem

Hello,

I'm having a problem with reports.  I've been using gnucash for about 2 months, and this just suddenly showed up, i.e., I had been able to generate reports previously without a hitch.  The problem is that after the report title (Account Summary, Transaction Report, etc.) a large amount of white space (cr?) is printed before the actual report.  The reported data that is printed is OK.  I've attached an exported Account Summary report.  The data was deleted, but I think you can see the problem.

I am running Fedora 10 and gnucash 2.2.8.  Any help to correct the white space issue is greatly appreciated.
