Income Statement

Attached is a modified income statement that calculates gross margin and
EBITDA.  The account selection options are broken down into four groups:
Revenue, Cost of Sales, Operating Expenses and Other Income (the ITDA part
of EBITDA). 

The format will be of use to companies that are tracking cost of sales and
EBITDA numbers.

I'd appreciate any comments.
