Accounts receivable in other currencies?

We have 3 Accounts Receivable accounts - for GBP, USD and Euros. Most of
the time we use GBP

How to I do a USD A/R and Euro A/R report? I can't persuade it to do
anything except GBP which we work in most of the time.

(Also when we get a payment in USD or Euros it would be nice if it
warned me "do you really mean XXX" when you get the wrong account).
