removing zero value lines

It produces a pop-up that asks "Delete current transaction?", which seems 
pretty clear to me.

Except that if you also tick the box "Remember the answer and don't ask 
me again", it will do exactly as you've asked. You can reset that, if 
necessary, at Actions->Reset warnings.
