Blank General Ledger Transactions

There are a few bugs in 2.2.x related to seeing extra transactions in the
GL.

What you are seeing appears when there are multiple registers open, or if
there were other registers open since you started GnuCash. It is partially
fixed in 2.3.x. As a workaround in 2.2.x, they'll disappear if you close all
registers and then restart GnuCash.
