Crash on start. Win2k gconfd-2.exe crashes

The name for install file:  "gnucash-2.3.2-svn-r18211-setup.exe"

There were no errors on setup so I assumed it installed properly. It shows
as running in services in taskmanager as "gnucash-bin.exe" which I have to
manually kill in order to stop repeated error messages.
