How to customize Invoice for printing

Are you on Windows? Then you probably don't have a PDF printer driver,
like PDFCreator ( http://pdfcreator.sf.net/ ), installed. What these
do is let you print any file from any program and by selecting the
virtual PDFCreator printer you're able to `print' the file to a PDF
file on your computer.
