ONLINE BANKING ON LINUX

I have successfully configured online banking with GnuCash on the 
Windows side and I am able to download transactions from my bank 
account.   However, I would like to set up my Linux (Ubuntu) account and 
begin using it, but there are no ONLINE functions apparent from either 
the ACTION or the TOOLS drop down menubar.   Is there something I have 
to fix in preferences in order to get them to show up so I can set up my 
ONLINE BANKING?  Thanks.
