Reports - account selection

It seems to me that the account selection process for reports is a tad
clunky.

The problem relates to the nesting of accounts.  At present there seems
to be no way of selecting an account and all of its children in a single
click - you need to select each sub-account individually.   Thus, for
example, for a complete Income & Expenditure report one needs to
explicitly expand each level in hierarchy and individually select each
sub-account.

It would be nice if, were one to select a collapsed sub-tree (ie, showing
a "+" sign), the entire sub-tree would be selected with it - but if the
sub-tree is expanded (showing "-" sign) then one should need to select
each account individually, as at present.
