Backup files not being purged

Yes, Dave, I am having the same problem...it doesn't seem to have eve 
stop.  I keep GnuCash
in my dropbox in order to use it on two computers, and my dropbox folder 
is becoming HUGE...
I have gone through and spent an hour, just deleting the older 
files....(which I don't have time for)
