Availability of Printable version of documentation

If someone could supply the proper Makefile patches to the gnucash-docs
I can set up the server to build a PDF every night. But last I checked
there weren't good patches available that output "decent" PDF. I'd have
to go check the archives for the hand-executed operations that were done
a few years ago.
