Don't know if I can help on that one. I don't know if msys on windows  
has a patch command. If it does, you would change directories to the  
one containing the yahoo Base.pm and type 'patch -p1 < /some/path/ 
patchfilename'

The alternative is to manually edit Base.pm and Europe.pm to match the  
'+' lines in the patch.
