Availability of Printable version of documentation

My only thought (I know very little about docbook or sgml), would be to
look at the Makefile and see what options are used to create the HTML
documents.  It likely uses docbook2html -- see what options are passed,
this might give you a clue.  You probably want to use the same set of
options.
