Entering Preexisting Shares

Derek--

A couple of points:

1) the chart of accounts won't show accounts that the user has set to hidden (unless the view options are set to include them), and

2) the little arrow off on the right is fabulous, but not all that obvious, and I don't see any reference to this little arrow's existence or purpose in the documentation. Perhaps the documentation at 4.2.4 could get a new second paragraph:

"The columns shown for each account in the Account Tree can be customized to suit your needs. The arrow icon on the far right of the Account Tree window displays a drop down list of column options. Click on a column description to add it to the Account Tree window."
