Small suggestion: progress bar for close books

Just a small suggestion:  Tools -> Close book can be quite a lengthy operation depending on the number of transactions.  I have wondered a few times if gnucash had got stuck in an infinite loop because it was taking a while.

I'd like to suggest adding a progress bar to close books; it may just be a case of re-using the one for File -> Save.
