Backing up Gnucash accounts

Your choice of course ... but consider that the custodians of any 
off-site store are going to be able to take your data and break whatever 
security you have...eventually.

But would they bother?

Personally me and my companies have nothing to hide and my books are all 
very boring ... so as long as these services don't loose or corrupt my 
data I am a happy bunny.

Just to add that Dropbox is in the US, and it looks like teamdrive is 
European so that might be a consideration for some here.

Ultimately the data for both probably end up in one of these new-fangled 
clouds which could be in several places anywhere on the planet.

I still keep daily local backups too. ;-)
