currencies ratio problems

Hello List,

Using GnuCash 2.2.9.

Does GnuCash have a file which hard code a ratio for currencies pair,
for example 100 for USD/SEK?

I am asking because even if gnc-fq-dump report an correct exchange
rate, GC insist on multiplying the NOK/CHF or SEK/USD by 100

with gnc-fq-dump I get

bash-3.2$ gnc-fq-dump yahoo SEKUSD=X
price: 0.1472
bash-3.2$ gnc-fq-dump yahoo NOKCHF=X
price: 0.1815

but in GC, respectively:
last 14.72
and
last 18.15

Any ideas, how to correct the problem?
