Class accounting?

Not a problem at all. A class is a sub-account. You could set up your
chart of accounts like this:

Expenses
  Maintenance
    Property1
    Property2
    Property3
  Interest
    Property1
    Property2
    Property3
  Etc...

Ideally, though, you'd use a separate set of books for each property.
