Importing OFX files shows strange window

The Matcher window is the chance you get for final tweaking before the
imported transactions are officially added to your registers.

A=Add, R=Reconcile (more accurate would be Clear). If you have added
your transactions manually, and are just checking with the bank/credit
card version, choose R. If you know that you missed a transaction, A
would be the appropriate choice.

The yellow backgrounds mean you haven't chosen the "other half" of the
transaction -- the split that usually belongs to some expense account,
since the already-established split is the account from which you are
importing data. To fix the lack of target account, double click on the
right end of the bar to bring up an account picker window where you
choose the account the expense belongs in.

I thought this was in the docs, but I couldn't find it quickly.
