Hidden Accounts

Hidden Accounts do not appear on the accounts list page unless the page
is set up with a filter to show hidden accounts.  This is exactly as it
should be.

However, hidden accounts *always* appear in the accounts drop-down when
entering accounts.  It might be friendlier behaviour if the contents of
the drop-down reflected the filter currently applied to the accounts page.
Or if not that, it there should be some way in preferences of applying a
filter to the drop-down so as to be able to suppress the display of
hidden accounts
