I really want them to go away

Putting them in a "dead transactions" folder is almost like hiding them (plus
it's easier to add others as I find them).  But I really want them to go
away altogether.  A mass delete would do it, if there were such a thing.  Or
a way to turn off the "read-only" flag on a collection of transactions,
which would enable a later Gnucash delete.
