Just create a transfer from A to B.  Make sure you specify the value as
the "basis" for your shares of A.  So if overall you've spent $1000 to
acquire those 100 shares of A, you would create a transaction that
effectively looks like:

4/19   B bought A
                     A              100     10       -1000
                     B       50             20        1000
