GnuCash Mobile?

Hello all.

Has anyone found out a way to somehow "sync" GNCash with a Mobile Device?

Say by means of using a "3rd party app" on the mobile device to input data
then export and manually import in GNUCash or doing it via way or
something...

I am thinking about getting a smartphone but don't know if such
synchronization is possible, and I need it!! (Would be great to enter data
on-the-go as opposed to every night when I am tired and want to go to sleep,
if you know what i mean!)
