Remove all GNUcash files on MacOS X

Thanks. I hadn't thought of Crashreporter logs. Application Support/Gnucash is already mentioned in the second sentence.
There's also the link at /opt/gnucash-version or /Library/Gnucash-version, depending on whether it's an older or newer installation.
