Reconcile Will NOT Allow Finish

Folks,

I am attempting to complete a reconcile (manually) of my checkbook. Last month I 
was able to do it just fine. This month the Finish Check Mark is grayed out. 
Everything appears OK (correct starting balance, ending balance & outstanding 
items total). Why am I unable to finish???

Ubunto 08.04 LTS and gnucash 2.2.4
