Blank Display when scrolling

I, too have had the same problem with scrolling in Windows 7 64-bit.  When I
clicked on the blank area, the screen came back quickly.

I'm also using Windows Vista Business 32-bit version and I cannot scroll at
all.  Any ideas or suggestions?
