Entering stock in foreign currency (opening balances)

Create Assets:USD as an Asset account in USD, and then move Assets:ABC
to be under it, Assets:USD:ABC.  Then try entering it.  The parent of
the stock account needs to be in the currency that you use to buy/sell
transactions.
