The problem seems to be at yahoo. If you add SEK/CHF at
http://finance.yahoo.com/currency-investing, you get 14.3070, while for
EUR/CHF the answer is 1.3103. So you should ask finance.yahoo.com, if they
will fix it or what the policy behind that behavior is.
In the second case you should file a bug report at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/finance-quote/
