Create a profile on bugzilla (bugzilla.gnome.org), and begin searching for (and adding where necessary) bugs about the Gnucash documentataion (for example, I was able to find these: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/buglist.cgi?component=Documentation;product=GnuCash)
Add your own comments, make suggestions on how the docs should read. You'll get a discussion going, and everyone will end up with better docs.
