GnuCash Mobile?

I'm also in the old-fashioned corner, not interested to do accounting on
a mobile device (and then import it to my main system?!).

But I was just thinking... many modern smart phones run Android, which
is based on Linux. GnuCash already runs on Linux. Wouldn't it be
possible to run GC on Android? User interface may need amendment for the
small screens of course. But then you have the best of both worlds.

Just a crazy thought. No idea how portable GC is, honestly.
