OFX with FirstIB (First Internet Bank)

I had a vague memory that, despite what the help text says, DirectConnect
requires a "special" password, different from that used to log in to the
site.

I had actually hoped that the customer support person would have been able
to clue me into this dual password thing, but he didn't have much to offer
after I mentioned GnuCash, and I figured maybe I was remembering things
wrong.

Well, on a hunch, I just tried to remember the other, "special" password,
and when I entered it, I got a lockout message instead of the "Signon
Invalid" message. Any other password (even random text), even after that
point, continues to produce the same "Signon Invalid" message. Only one
password (my hunch on the "special" one) produces the lockout. This happens
every time, in any order.

Soo... this leads me to believe I may be onto something with this special
password thing, and that I just need to get a lockout lifted.
Unfortunately, I can't get in touch with customer service for another 15
hours. At that point, I'll call, tell them I'm using "Quicken," and see
what's up with this password deal.

I'll post anything I find out.
