Gnucash 2.4 in Kubuntu

Just follow the instructions in the Readme file, make sure all the 
dependencies (also identified in Readme) are installed first.

It took me a while the first time because of missing dependencies but 
now it is a piece-of-cake for 2.4 on Kubuntu 10.10.
