Upgrading from 2.3.x to 2.4

Cool!!! I just realized that my version is not 2.3.x but 2.2.8 0_0
anyhow, i'm going to try anyway. I'll install 2.2.9 first, open and save the
data, then install 2.4 (just to be sure)
