UI issue with GnuCash 2.2.9 on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS 64-bit

I think that's just how it looks, at least that's how it'a always looked for me (both in 10.04 LTS 32 bit, and in 11.04)
See attached, this is what I get in 10.04, is it supposed to look different? What else should it show, because to me this shows everything it's supposed to.
