Qif Import show Date format unercognized

OK, that makes sense.  Sorry to push things in the wrong direction!

My next suggestion was to enter a few transactions into GnuCash and export
the QIF, then compare the two files.  I suppose this might have illuminated
that the D actually belongs there.  It might still be useful to compare
which date formats are being attempted on the GnuCash side.
