Is this a blank log file?

Sorry, I found that out easy enough. It seems to disappear when I am
watching it. I can't seem to make it do this now.  Although I did import
some bank ifo over the internet, then saved, closed, it crashed, then of
course the lck file was still there.  I rarely get a crash though.
