Reminders for tracking term deposits

Hi all,

Does GnuCash support reminders? For e.g., if I have made a term
deposit for a year, then I would like to reminded at the end of one
year to do seomething about the deposit. I can try to track it
separately with a calendar app, but it would be nice to have it in
GnuCash itself.
